I didn't build Bridgeleaf from a business plan. I built it from 25 years of sitting across from people who were stronger than they knew.
I've worked with individuals navigating chronic illness, cognitive disabilities, complex diagnoses, burnout, and major life transitions. Across every setting and every kind of struggle, I kept seeing the same thing: the moment someone finally sees their own strengths clearly, not as a performance, not as a résumé, something shifts. They stop trying to become someone else and start moving from who they already are.
That shift shouldn't require a crisis to access. That's why Bridgeleaf exists.
My work centers on helping people see what's already strong within them, apply their character strengths with intention, move from awareness into aligned action, and navigate change with steadiness and self-trust.
I hold an MSW and LCSW-R, with specialized experience in positive psychology, VIA Character Strengths, and strengths-based practice. But more than credentials, I bring two decades of witnessing human resilience — and a deep belief that you are already more capable than you think.
Awareness first. Action next.
